Kubernetes Platform Engineer Consultant (m/w/d)

Du hast mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Kubernetes Containerisierung und CI/CD und suchst nach spannenden Herausforderungen in einem innovativen agilen und inhabergeführten Unternehmen Du arbeitest gerne mit den neusten top-of-the-notch Technologien Du designst gerne effektive Cloud Native Lösungen und bist auch eine Maschine auf der CLI und zu guter Letzt bist du ähnlich faul wie wir und automatisierst wiederkehrende Tasks wo es nur geht Gemeinsam mit unserem Team aus erfahrenen Cloud Engineers und Architekten übernimmst Du nach einer intensiven Einarbeitung Verantwortung in Kundenprojekten.

Deine Aufgaben:

Aufnahme und Analyse von Kundenanforderungen im Kubernetes Umfeld
Erstellung und Abstimmung von Konzepten zum Aufbau von Entwicklerplattformen
Durchführung von Kundenworkshops und Strategieworkshops zum Aufbau neuer oder Weiterentwicklung bestehender Plattformen
Vermittlung von Auswirkung architektonischer Entscheidungen auf Usability der Plattform und Betriebsabläufe
Implementierung der designten Entscheidungen beim Kunden
High-end Troubleshooting

Was Du mitbringen solltest:

mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung
Souveränes Auftreten analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung
Erfahrung im Bereich Aufbau Konzeption und Betrieb von Kubernetes-basierten Plattformen
Erfahrung im Bereich Aufbau Konzeption und Betrieb von CI/CD Pipelines
fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Optimal wäre wenn Du..:

Du über mindestens 4 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Cloud-Native Kubernetes und DevSecOps verfügst
Du tiefgreifende Erfahrung mit dem VMWare Virtualisierungsstack besitzt
Du ausführlich erläutern kannst welche Vor- und Nachteile bei der Einrichtung großer Multi-Cloud-Umgebungen bestehen (z.B. AKS und Tanzu oder GCP und Rancher)
Erfahrung im Bereich Infrastruktur und Netzwerk mitbringst oder
einen Software Development Background hast

Eine intensive Einarbeitung und regelmäßige Fortbildungen finden bei uns nicht nur auf dem Papier statt sondern sind selbstverständlich für alle unsere Mitarbeiter. Der Kollektivvertrag sieht für diese Position ein Mindestgehalt von EUR 62.79000 brutto/Jahr bei Vollzeitbeschäftigung vor. Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist für uns selbstverständlich.

About thejob:

Record andanalyze customer requirements in Kubernetes and cloud-native environments
Design and align concepts for modern developer platforms
Lead customer and strategy workshops to build or evolve Kubernetes-based platforms
Communicatethe architectural impact of design decisions on platform usability and operations
Ensuring a long-term and collaborative partnership with our customers
Implement the designed decisionat customer side

What you should bring along:

Severalyearsofprofessionalexperience
Confident analytical and solution-oriented mindset with strong customer focus
Experience in setting up designing and operating Kubernetes-based platforms
Experience in integrating Kubernetes into existing business/enterprise environments

It would be optimalif :

You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the cloud-native/Kubernetes/DevSecOps domain
You have in-depth experience with the VMware virtualization stack
You can provide in-depth explanations of the advantages and disadvantages involved in establishing large multi-cloud environments (e.g. AKS and Tanzu or GCP and Rancher)
You are capable of collaboratively developing a multi-cloud strategy with our customers tailored to their specific requirements.
You have a profound understanding of the most commonly used cloud and on-premises infrastructure providers including their architectural requirements and the architectural impact they have on the Kubernetes platform implemented on top of them

Intensive onboarding and regular advanced training are not just empty words for us butare a matter of course for all our collective agreement stipulates a minimum gross annual salary of EUR 62790 for this position based on full-time employment. An overpayment depending on qualifications and experience is a matter of course for us.
