Main purpose of the position:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated OTC (Order to Cash) Team Leader to lead and supervise our OTC this pivotal role you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end OTC processes ensuring efficiency accuracy and seamless collaboration within the team and with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in OTC operations team management and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

What will you do:

• Lead and supervise the OTC team providing guidance and support to team members.
• Oversee and manage the entire Order to Cash process including customer set up and maintenance cash application and cash collections.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of billing setups reconciliations and monthly sales reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to address and resolve issues in the OTC processes.
• Implement and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Generate and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess team and process performance.
• Conduct regular team meetings provide feedback and contribute to team development.
• Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and complex problem resolution.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for the OTC team.

Professional skills you possess:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in OTC: Order to Invoice (OTI) Invoice to Cash (ITC) with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
• In-depth understanding of OTC processes including customer set up cash application and collections.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in Excel SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and optimize workflows.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Bachelors degree in finance Accounting or a related field.

• Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Results-driven and committed to achieving team goals.
• Finnish Language knowledge is considered as advantage.
