WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
A university graduate up to six months after graduation or a student in their 3rd 4th or 5th year preferably available for 3240 hours per week.
Proficient English speaker with excellent Excel skills.
Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and learns on the fly.
Learns quickly and adapts to new situations.
Works well in collaboration with others.
Maintains a strong customer-oriented approach.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US
Assist ITM team with the implementation of the department plan
Analyze data and prepare reports which will support the decision-making process
Coordinate Learning Offer (registrations attendance evaluation surveys engagement communication purchasing orders etc.)
Co-create and release ITM /Learning Offer communications to employees
Support P&C projects & processes
A condition of commencing the internship with a chosen candidate is that the candidate possesses valid documents authorizing legal residence and work in the territory of the Republic of Poland for the entire duration of the internship. The company reserves the right to verify these documents before signing the contract.
