Contract Length: Long-term with annual extensionsPosition Overview:This role is responsible for leading and coordinating multiple IT projects of varying complexity ensuring alignment with established project management standards and organizational objectives. The Project Manager oversees the full project lifecycle collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders and drives successful delivery through structured planning governance and continuous improvement practices.
Required Skills:5 years of experience managing projects of varying size and subject matter including integration scope schedule cost communication vendor and risk planning and management.
Experience following PMO-established standards procedures and governance frameworks (Playbook).
Bachelors degree in a related field.
Preferred Skills:Duties:Manage and coordinate the activities of internal and external staff across multiple concurrent IT projects of varying size and complexity.
Develop maintain and update project plans and required artifacts in accordance with established PMO standards procedures templates and methodologies.
Collaborate with business owners and analysts to define refine and control project scope.
Lead projects through the full lifecycle including initiation planning execution monitoring and controlling and closing phases.
Oversee integration scope schedule cost communication vendor and risk planning and management activities.
Facilitate lessons learned sessions during and after project completion to identify process improvements and best practices.
Build and maintain productive working relationships with technology teams business stakeholders project sponsors vendors and key clients.
Ensure adherence to the PMO Playbook and all referenced governance artifacts.
Support and comply with organizational IT standards policies and established procedures.
Participate in stakeholder meetings including virtual and onsite sessions as required.
Coordinate vendor onboarding activities documentation compliance requirements and equipment management when applicable.
Perform additional duties and related responsibilities as assigned.
