PATH is seeking a highly motivated self-driven professional with a passion for public health and development to join the Strategy and Business Development team. This role will operate in a dynamic and evolving environment contributing to PATH Indias growing portfolio of impactful work. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with business development acumen supporting initiatives that advance health equity across PATHs program verticals including Family Health Technology Innovation & Systems Infectious Diseases Vaccines & Innovation Access.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Strategy team and vertical program teams to support organizational strategic initiatives and growth planning.
Support the development and management of PATHs public health portfolio through concept notes proposals donor pitches presentations and program strategy documents.
Track and monitor active funding opportunities from Indian and global donors ensuring relevant updates are shared with program teams.
Conduct primary and secondary research landscaping assessments and contribute to the conceptualization design and oversight of program interventions.
Analyze program data to generate insights and recommendations for strategy and program improvement.
Contribute to the internship program by supporting intern outreach recruitment and coordination with team members.
Assist in coordinating project management processes internally and with external stakeholders.
Prepare reports presentations and briefing materials for internal teams donors and partners.
Support preparation for meetings and engagements including background research on participants and organizations.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with project partners stakeholders and donors.
Participate in field visits training roll-outs and other program-related activities as needed.
Undertake other tasks as required to support the Strategy and Business Development team.
Skills & Experience
0 to 2 years of experience in consulting program management business development coordination or field implementation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Office including PowerPoint for high-quality presentations and Excel for data analysis.
Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau or design tools like Canva is a plus.
Critical thinking with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under tight deadlines across disciplines.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior staff colleagues donors partners and stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working with government institutions corporates healthcare providers or NGOs is desirable.
Field-oriented with a collaborative approach to program delivery.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
