* This position is a maternity leave replacement for a 1218 month contract.

Your role

• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to hiring while ensuring compliance with established processes and standards.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs provide strategic guidance and influence effective talent decisions.

• Develop a strong understanding of the business and its talent landscape to ensure alignment between hiring needs and recruitment strategies.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications experience and fit against organizational requirements and expectations.

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams sourcing partners and external vendors to support seamless recruitment delivery and strong stakeholder relationships.

• Drive consistency and operational excellence by promoting recruitment best practices and demonstrating the value of HR processes in achieving optimal outcomes.

About you

• Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations Human Resources Management or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.

• Strong relationshipmanagement skills with the ability to influence and partner effectively with stakeholders.

• Resultsoriented with demonstrated initiative and selfmotivation.

• Proven skills in time management planning and organization.
