Role description:

Were searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant to help shape the future of Arcadis across North America (US & Canada). In this role youll support our growth by attracting exceptional talent and guiding hiring teams toward smart strategic decisions that support our business priorities.

Youll partner closely with leaders across the region offering insight influence and a sharp eye for great talent. Youll be part of a collaborative globally connected talent acquisition team thats passionate about elevating the candidate and hiring manager experience.

Role accountabilities:

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant youll take a proactive approach to the talent market -tapping into diverse sourcing channels to attract top-tier talent that will strengthen and grow our teams.

Your focus will center on roles across Canada in Design & Engineering Program & Project Management and Environmental Science & Specialist disciplines. Youll also have the opportunity to stretch into a broader portfolio across North America when the business needs your expertise.

This is a role for someone who is passionate about talent acquisition thrives on building strong talent pipelines and enjoys partnering closely with the business to understand where the next great hire will make the biggest impact.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively engage the market through a wide range of sourcing channels identifying and attracting the strongest talent to help grow and elevate our teams.
  • Use your market insight and recruitment expertise to guide stakeholders on process ensuring every role is sourced strategically and effectively.
  • Champion Arcadis as an employer of choice by delivering thoughtful highquality candidate screening and conducting interviews that reflect our values.
  • Manage a high volume of permanent vacancies across varied levels and skill sets staying focused on priorities and delivering results with pace and precision.
  • Own the endtoend candidate experience ensuring every individual feels respected informed and valued throughout the process.
  • Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders acting as a strategic advisor throughout each search.
  • Advocate for our values by promoting inclusive equitable and biasfree recruitment practices in every interaction and decision.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of recruiting experience ideally with a strong track record hiring for engineering environmental science and specialist technical roles.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to create clear organized and datadriven documentation.
  • Handson experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage pipelines track progress and maintain accurate candidate data.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Oracle products with the ability to navigate and leverage these tools effectively within the recruitment process.
  • Previous recruiting experience within the Engineering or Environmental sectors ideally supporting technical specialist or scientific roles

The salary range for this position is 78000 RANGE 117000. The base salary represents Arcadis hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors such as location skills experience and qualification for the role.
