Skills and Experience

In 3 months:

Familiarize with the reporting requirements and accounting systems used.
Completion of pending audited FS from prior years
Establish a good quality reconciliation to support the audit readiness of the legal entities that we report

In 6 months to one year:

Complete all the pending audited FS from prior years
Analyze historical financial data to establish a trend
Ensure completion of audits and compliance related tasks on a timely basis
Collaborate cross-functionally within Finance to deliver set goals and targets
Execute process improvement initiatives
