- Receive incoming calls and accurately record customer information and service requests
- Dispatch service technicians to customer locations based on urgency and proximity ensuring timely response
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers service technicians and other team members throughout the service process
- Document all service activities including resolutions and follow-up actions in the company database
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service and promoting a positive company image
- Dispatching Experience Preferred but not required
