- are curious about technical topics and not afraid to say I dont know (yet)
- take responsibility but appreciate feedback and guidance
What youll be doing (together with the team)
- Supporting outreach and first conversations with potential customers
- Joining discovery calls and learning how great sales conversations work
- Helping manage customer pilots alongside Sales and Customer Success
- Working with teammates to turn technical results into clear business value
- Contributing ideas to improve how we collaborate sell and support customers
Requirements
What you bring
- Motivation to grow into a B2B sales role
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others
- Fluent English and German
- Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customers or events
Nice to have (not required)
- First experience in sales customer success or renewables
- Interest in wind energy or industrial environments
