  • Whether youre currently a Regional Manager an experienced Business Unit Manager or a Project Manager with strong geotechnical expertise this role offers the chance to influence strategy build a high performing team and contribute to projects that shape communities and infrastructure across Australia.
  • Youll join our leadership team and play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities strengthening client relationships and driving operational excellence. Youll be supported by our National General Manager and a passionate values driven team committed to purpose and people.
  • Key Responsibilities
    • Lead and grow CGCs SEQ business ensuring strong operational and commercial performance.
    • Identify and pursue opportunities across the region building trusted client relationships.
    • Lead mentor and develop the SEQ team fostering a collaborative high performance culture.
    • Oversee project delivery proposals geotechnical interpretation and reporting.
    • Provide support and advice to clients and internal teams.

  • Key Skills & Experience
    • Experience delivering and managing projects budgets timeframes and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities.
    • Technical understanding of Project Delivery and the role geotechnics plays through the project life-cycle.
    • Technical background in soil/rock mechanics; field experience across varied geological conditions beneficial but not essential.
    • Demonstrated behaviours aligned with CGCs values: integrity respect resilience collaboration accountability and innovation.
    • Chartered status and/or RPEQ preferred.
    • PMP / AIPM favourable.
    • Full working rights in Australia.
