Youll be supported by our National General Manager and a passionate values driven team committed to purpose and people.Key Responsibilities- Lead and grow CGCs SEQ business ensuring strong operational and commercial performance.
- Identify and pursue opportunities across the region building trusted client relationships.
- Lead mentor and develop the SEQ team fostering a collaborative high performance culture.
- Oversee project delivery proposals geotechnical interpretation and reporting.
- Provide support and advice to clients and internal teams.

- Excellent communication and report writing skills.

- Technical background in soil/rock mechanics; field experience across varied geological conditions beneficial but not essential.
- Demonstrated behaviours aligned with CGCs values: integrity respect resilience collaboration accountability and innovation.
- Chartered status and/or RPEQ preferred.
- PMP / AIPM favourable.
- Full working rights in Australia.
