Practice Overview

This full-time Pulmonary & Critical Care position offers a balanced blend of inpatient and outpatient care in a supportive physician-led environment focused on qualitynot volume.

Inpatient volume: 35 patients per day
Outpatient clinic: 1518 patients per day
Appointment lengths:
o New patients: 30 minutes
o Established patients: 15 minutes
Modern facilities with strong specialty and hospital support
Emphasis on high-quality patient-centered care without burnout

Call Responsibilities

Consult-based call model
New patient consults: approximately 24 per day
Nighttime call requiring onsite presence: approximately 1x per month

Special Skills (Preferred / Negotiable)

EBUS experience preferred
Robotic bronchoscopy experience a plus (available once equipment is in place)
Willingness to train or expand skill set supported

Compensation & Incentives

$550000 guaranteed first-year salary
$75000 sign-on bonus with 5-year contract
Up to $20000 quality incentive bonus
$15000 relocation allowance
Fellowship stipend: $2000/month for 24 months
$3500 CME allowance
