Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create and maintain work instructions SOPs troubleshooting guides and job aids
- Collaborate with subject matter experts engineers and operations teams to gather and validate technical content
- Research and analyze technical information to produce user-focused documentation
- Edit and proofread documentation to ensure clarity consistency and adherence to company standards
- Manage documentation projects including planning scheduling and progress tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in English Communications Technical Writing Engineering Science or related field
- 3 years of technical writing experience (manufacturing experience preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
- Strong written communication and analytical skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
