Guidance Services Manager ()
The appointee is expected to lead a small team and provide support for projects and programmes related to mental wellness.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the overall planning and budgeting of the initiatives related to mental wellness programmes;
- Organise and conduct training to educate and promote mental wellness of students;
- Provide individual coaching and mentoring to students; and
- Conduct surveys including work plan formulation statistical analysis and report writing.
Requirements:
- A good honours degree and preferably a postgraduate qualification in psychology counselling social work education or mental health related subjects with at least seven years of relevant work experience in tertiary institutions or public organisations;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua);
- Good analytical ability and decision-making strong leadership and interpersonal skills; and
- Detail-minded and able to work independently.
The initial appointment will be offered on a fixed-term contract of two -appointment thereafter will be subject to mutual agreement and availability of funding.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
