Job Summary

Role Overview

We are seeking a Change Specialist to support a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation program focused on the Finance module. This is a client-facing role requiring strong organizational change management (OCM) expertise and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to establish and implement best practices for change.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing the change management strategy to ensure successful adoption and business readiness within a large utility organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy for the SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation program.

  • Partner with program leadership and stakeholders to define change best practices and governance approaches.

  • Conduct high-level and initial change impact assessments based on outputs from design workshops.

  • Develop a structured communications strategy and detailed communication plan.

  • Support stakeholder engagement activities and ensure alignment across business and technical teams.

  • Identify change risks and resistance areas and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Contribute to overall business readiness planning and change adoption activities.

Required Qualifications
  • 4 8 years of experience in Organizational Change Management.

  • Proven experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations preferably SAP S/4HANA.

  • Strong experience in change impact assessment communications planning and stakeholder engagement.

  • Experience working in client-facing roles within complex enterprise environments.

  • Excellent communication facilitation and presentation skills.
