Fulfillment SupervisorLocation: SPA Inc. Milford OHSPA a TRG company and subsidiary of Schwarz Partners is currently seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to support our Milford OH facility. As aFulfillment Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising a team of 10-15 associates ensuring safety productivity accuracy and service-level performance while driving continuous process improvement and technology adoption within a 3PL operation.1st shift hours are from 7am-3:30pm Monday through Royal Groups mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. Your hard work and dedication pay JOB FUNCTIONS FOR THIS POSITION:Supervise coach and develop a team of 10-15 warehouse associates to achieve daily productivity accuracy and safety daily picking packing and shipping activities to ensure on-time and accurate order and resolve inventory discrepancies through system analysis physical verification and cross-functional operational updates challenges and performance metrics to internal stakeholders and customers as and support process improvement initiatives focused on increasing picking/processing speed throughput and overall operational with leadership teams to implement new technologies automation tools or system enhancements within the 3PL fulfillment compliance with company procedures customer requirements and safety performance metrics analyze trends and develop action plans to improve service levels and operational REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING SKILLS & ABILITIES:Three plus years of supervisory experience in warehouse distribution or 3PL fulfillment experience leading process improvement initiatives that increased picking or processing problem-solving skills with experience researching and resolving inventory written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees internal stakeholders and with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience in multi-client or high-volume fulfillment environments AN INDUSTRY LEADER SPA OFFERSYear-round employment for job stability and opportunities for growth and career development!Exceptional pay and great affordable benefits (including life medical dental vision 401(k) with company match and more!).Paid holidays overtime pay and vacation time!A respectful empowering team-oriented and employee-friendly environment!SPA truly values our employees as our greatest asset and we strive to support both you and your family at work and in you would like to be part of a forward-thinking team with a family feel culture of excellence and customer focused reliability we want you to be a part of our team!Qualified candidates can submit their resumes to job offers are contingent upon a pre-employment drug test and background check.
