POSITION OVERVIEW The Prospecta MDO Maintenance Data Consultant is responsible for designing configuring and supporting MDO solutions that govern and manage maintenance/asset master data. The mission is to ensure accurate standardized data for SAP PM processes by building robust workflows and data models.
DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure MDO workflows forms data models and rules for maintenance master data.
- Develop governance processes and data standards for Equipment Functional Locations BOMs and Task Lists.
- Build validation rules quality checks and duplicate detection logic.
- Support integrations between MDO and SAP PM (S/4 or ECC).
- Troubleshoot issues perform testing and assist with deployment.
- Collaborate with maintenance planners reliability engineers and data governance teams.

- Prospecta MDO (3 years)
- Maintenance Master Data Management (3 years)
- SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) / Asset Management (3 years)
ADDITIONAL DESIRED SKILLS
- Knowledge of asset hierarchy standards.
- Scripting familiarity (SQL JS JSON/XML).
- Understanding of data governance workflows.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE A technical consultant with deep expertise in Prospecta MDO and SAP PM objects. They should be self-starters who can bridge the gap between maintenance engineering requirements and data governance technology.
