Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Manager ChaRM Consultant to support and manage end-to-end Change and Release Management processes for the Clients SAP landscape.
The consultant will act as the onsite lead coordinating closely with business stakeholders and offshore teams
Configure support and enhance SAP Solution Manager ChaRM processes:
Normal Change
Urgent Change
Defect Correction
Administrative Change
Manage end-to-end change lifecycle: RFC creation approvals testing transport management and production deployment.
Coordinate with business users Basis Development QA and Offshore teams for smooth release execution.
Perform retrofit activities across multi-system and N1 landscapes.
Monitor and resolve transport-related issues conflicts and delays.
Ensure SOX and audit compliance for change and release management.
Support weekly/monthly releases cutover activities and urgent fixes.
Track and manage aging RFCs/CDs drive closure and maintain governance.
Prepare and present operational and governance reports to customer stakeholders.
Support incident problem and release management integration with ChaRM.
