Must-Have Skills

Strong proficiency in C
Solid understanding of motion planning and pathfinding
Hands-on exposure to geometric and/or sampling-based planning algorithms
Familiarity with planning techniques such as:
- A*
- RRT / RRT*
- PRM
Experience working with large-scale codebases
Strong knowledge of Git / version control
Ability to debug and work on complex real-time systems

Good-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

Experience with ROS
Knowledge of Pose Estimation
SLAM
Probabilistic filtering
Exposure to CUDA

Key Responsibilities

Implement debug and test features related to driving behavior in the production codebase
Work closely with senior engineers to understand design specifications and deliver high-quality code
Use backend tools to run regression testing and validate changes across multiple driving scenarios
Participate in on-vehicle drive reviews assist in data collection and provide actionable feedback on driving performance
