Job Summary:
The Project Office Administrator provides technical and administrative support for project delivery systems and technology. This role involves product management technology implementation analytics and reporting and business transformation support. The administrator will maintain system documentation manage user access develop reports and support project coordination.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and administrative support for project delivery systems and technology.
- Maintain system administration guides and standard operating procedures.
- Manage user access within project delivery systems.
- Support the implementation of department systems and processes through user support and training.
- Lead the development of standard project delivery reports using digital and automation tools.
- Support data management best practices and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
- Provide project coordination support for team initiatives and special projects including planning progress reporting and document control.
- Provide stakeholder management support.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience with PMIS software systems.
- Strong product and project management skills.
- Advanced analytics and reporting software skills (Power BI DAX API SQL etc.).
- Comfortable with public speaking including training presentations and meetings.
- 4-year degree.
- Procore experience.
- Power BI experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Understanding of Project Management Institute and Construction Industry Institute best practices.
- Procore certifications.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Military experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
