Job Summary:
The Systems Analyst will serve the Office of Information Technology by facilitating software development efforts as a lead developer documenting critical business processes analyzing current business functions for effectiveness and efficiency opportunities assisting in process redesign assisting in development and testing and providing mentorship and guidance to other developers. The role involves ensuring software development standards are adhered to analyzing financial systems and dependent business processes and assisting in re-engineering areas impacted by ongoing business transformation. The Systems Analyst will also be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications dealing with complex financial business processes on large cross-functional application projects ensuring that robust and scalable solutions are implemented.

Responsibilities:
- Work as a lead developer facilitator and subject matter expert for applications and services dealing with complex financial business processes on large cross-functional application projects ensuring that robust and scalable solutions are implemented.
- Provide guidance and oversight to quality assurance on all new code from inception through integration staging and production environments.
- Identify analyze and resolve problems and issues with troubleshooting tools and techniques as well as teamwork.
- Work with the team toward continuous improvement including design definition of roadmaps standardization of processes and methodologies; collaborate with other developers and architects to drive guidelines methodologies and documentation.
- Work in partnership with distributed cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are communicated supported and delivered to the highest standards.
- Develop and apply knowledge of trends relevant software development technologies and methodologies.
- Clearly convey information in both written and verbal formats to individuals or groups in a wide variety of settings.
- Effectively listen and process information provided by others.
- Assess the needs of the customer provide information or assistance to satisfy expectations or resolve a problem.
- Make sound well-informed and objective decisions.
- Adapt in response to new information changing conditions or unexpected obstacles.
- Receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective work relationships with others.
