Job Summary

Location: 2x week onsite Chicago or Houston (NO RELO)

The ideal candidate is a Core Developer with 10 years of experience who is highly skilled Core 8.0 and has solid experience with AWS services (DynamoDB PostgreSQL Lambda ).

Technical skills profile:

.NET Core 8.0
AWS: Lambda DynamoDB Postgres
Microservices background with real-time service-to-service communication
Security: experience handling sensitive/customer data handling (OAuth2 JWT tenant isolation)

They should be able to:

Have a clear architectural mindset to define approaches before development.
Pick up high-level requirements and take ownership of application design implementation and delivery
Demonstrate strong expertise in Microservices Security and Cloud migration (legacy to AWS).

Soft skills profile:

Partner with BAs and collaborate across teams
Clear structured communication
Ability to walk through real-time scenarios and design decisions
Proactive and assertive in owning delivery and technical direction
