Sr. SQL Server Developer

Location: New York NY; Plano TX; Charlotte NC - Hybrid 3 days/week

12month contract

$70 - $75/hr on W2

Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior SQL Server Developer with expertise in SQL development SSIS and SSRS/Tableau to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions possessing a strong background in SQL Server technologies and data integration/reporting tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain SQL Server databases writing efficient SQL queries stored procedures and functions to support application development.
Utilize SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes ensuring seamless data integration across various systems and platforms.
Develop and enhance SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and/or Tableau reports providing valuable insights through visual representations of data.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements analyze data needs and create efficient solutions to meet business objectives.
Optimize database performance troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity and security.
Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices implementing innovative approaches to enhance existing processes and systems.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Proven experience as a Senior SQL Server Developer or similar role.
Extensive hands-on experience with SSIS for data integration and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
