Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree required; Master s or advanced clinical degree preferred * Current Epic Willow Inpatient certification required; Additional Epic pharmacy-related certifications preferred * 5 years of experience in full Epic implementation cycles within large healthcare systems * 2-5 years of Epic EMR or related clinical application experience * Experience leading or mentoring analysts in an implementation environment * Strong understanding of inpatient pharmacy workflows medication management dispensing and clinical integration * Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work primarily remote with periodic on-site availability * Clinical pharmacy background a plus
