- Scheduling & Coordination: Organizing meetings conferences and travel arrangements for staff.
- Documentation & Data: Updating records filing data entry drafting reports and managing spreadsheets.
- Administrative Tasks: Handling mail photocopying scanning taking minutes and supporting departments with projects.
- Financial Support: Assisting with basic bookkeeping expense tracking and invoicing.
- Office Management: Maintaining a clean welcoming office environment managing supplies and liaising with vendors or building management.
- Communication & Support: Answering phone calls and emails managing correspondence and acting as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and prioritization capabilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook) and database management.
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent with previous experience in office administration preferred although on-the-job training is common.
