Job Summary

What Youll Do:

Marketing Mix Execution & Analysis

  • Collect review and validate all required inputs for marketing mix analyses including target lists segments deciles forecasts and promotional data.
  • Execute pre-built marketing mix models following established methodologies and standard operating procedures.
  • Run detailed data and model diagnostics to assess data integrity model stability and result reasonableness.
  • Build historical promotional performance assessments and standardized analytical readouts.

Budget Optimization & Scenario Planning

  • Run budget optimization scenarios and sensitivity analyses to evaluate alternative marketing investment strategies.
  • Develop clear structured recommendations in partnership with client stakeholders.
  • Support the socialization of findings through well-structured presentations and analytical summaries.

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with the client primary stakeholder to prepare recommendations for broader business audiences.
  • Coordinate as needed with client functional teams (marketing forecasting data vendors etc.) in collaboration with the main client contact.
  • Create concise data diagnostic summaries and issue logs to support alignment and decision-making.

Operational Excellence & Prioritization

  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies standardization and reuse across analyses.
  • Support logical prioritization of requests based on business impact timelines and project budget.
  • Provide support for ad-hoc data runs and analyses in response to evolving business needs.

What Youll Bring

Core Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics commercial analytics or analytics operations.
  • Hands-on experience working with marketing mix models or related analytical frameworks (execution interpretation or validation).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to validate datasets interpret model outputs and identify anomalies.
  • Experience preparing executive-ready analytical summaries and presentations.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and/or analytical tools (e.g. Python R SAS) for data validation and analysis.
  • Experience working with large multi-source marketing and sales datasets.
  • Familiarity with optimization concepts and scenario modeling.
  • Comfort working within structured analytical workflows and SOP-driven environments.

Soft Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills especially when translating analytics into business insights.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with client stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Education

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Analytics Statistics Economics Engineering Mathematics or a related quantitative field.
