Job Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical OC Lead Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through insights reporting and operational analysis. The role requires strong problem-solving skills hands-on experience with data tools and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while guiding junior members.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze operational data to generate actionable insights and support business decisions
- Design develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau
- Write and optimize SQL queries to extract transform and validate data
- Ensure data accuracy quality and consistency across reports
- Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders through presentations and documentation
- Plan prioritize and manage multiple tasks independently
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Guide mentor and coach junior team members when required
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in any discipline with strong quantitative/analytical coursework (Operations Research Applied Mathematics Statistics Data Science Econometrics Engineering or related fields)
- 2 3 years of relevant post-collegiate work experience
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Hands-on experience with Tableau (mandatory)
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
- Good planning and organizational skills
- Preferred Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
- Experience leading mentoring or coaching junior team members
- Exposure to operational analytics or reporting environments
