Responsibilities
- Regularly meet customers and collect customers request and level of satisfaction.
- Regularly discuss with program managers from headquarter.
- Initiatively contribute to enhance trust and understanding between the headquarters and the customers.
- Initiatively contribute to achieving agreements between the headquarters and the customers
- Identify issues or risk and escalate with proposing solutions.
- Propose and monitor budget regarding local resources for program.
- Lead local stakeholders and ensure good support to headquarters and to customers.
Competencies
- Bachelor degree or above.
- Experience in program management/coordination.
- Knowledge of the different fields involved in program such as engineering Sales admin (including Customer Service) Logistic Quality Repair WS Procurement Technical support etc.
- Fluent Chinese and English is a must; Ability to communicate in French/German would be a great plus.
