Part-Time or Full-Time Executive Housekeeper House Manager
Location:Saratoga CA
Range:$60-$80 per hour
Start Date:ASAP
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated warm friendly and highly organized Executive Housekeeper House Manager to support a dynamic family in managing their household and personal need. This is a part-time or full-time (depending on the candidate strengths) dynamic role that will require onsite work.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in personal assistance and home management with a service-oriented mindset and a focus on discretion professionalism and reliability. This role requires flexibility as well as a calm proactive demeanor to anticipate needs and address them efficiently. You will work closely with the principals and their team helping manage family schedules household staff vendors and more.

Key Responsibilities:
House Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the home including organizing home projects ensuring maintenance and managing inventories.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of household staff (two housekeepers and nanny).
- Ensure all maintenance and repair work is completed thoroughly and on time.
- Manage household supplies package deliveries and outgoing packages including returns.
- Handle small vendor bills and ensure payments are made promptly.
Staff and Vendor Management:
- Manage household staff schedules priorities tasks and goals.
- Check in with all household staff to ensure goals and tasks are met
- Provide training if needed for housekeepers
- Provide feedback and guidance to household staff
- Interface with all vendors ensuring service standards are met.
- Assist with research and vendor negotiations as needed.
- Evaluate and review current household staff; hire and train as needed
Skills & Qualifications:
- 8-12 years of experience in Personal Assistance or Home Management.
- Must have a calm and composed demeanor with excellent judgment and taste.
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on high standards and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating via text message with the principals and team.
- Proficient with technology (including organizational tools).
- Ability to manage a team of household staff at various levels
- Must be a team player who can work independently and without constant direction.
- Flexible and available for occasional last-minute schedule changes emergencies or urgent tasks.
- Ability to be discrete professional and manage sensitive information.
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized smart and able to make decisions independently.

- Able to interface with vendors and staff professionally and respectfully.
