Viciniti is a leading corporate housing provider with locations throughout the Midwest offering a great work environment to over 100 employees. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating seamless experiences for our guests.
Were currently seeking an outgoing friendly customer-focused individual to join our team as a Guest Services Representative in our Wichita office from February through August.

What Youll Be Doing
Youll help create smooth stress-free stays for our guests by:
- Providing exceptional customer service with warmth and urgency
- Investigating and resolving guest concerns maintenance requests and work orders and following through until completion
- Building strong working relationships with utilities contractors and apartment communities
- Entering and managing apartment and guest data in Oscar Service Track and Microsoft Outlook
- Running reports and maintaining organized accurate records
- Reviewing quality assurance inspections and completing E-inspections
What We Offer
- $16-$18 per hour paid weekly
- MondayFriday schedule (8:00am5:00pm weekends off!)

What You Bring
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to outstanding customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative or clerical experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A positive team-oriented attitude
