Main Function
The Production Intern supports production elements for services and events across all
campuses. This role assists in ensuring technical excellence fosters a culture of worship and
supports the overall mission of making more and better followers of Christ. The Production
Intern works closely with Production staff pastors volunteers and ministry leaders to learn
grow and help bring the churchs worship and event vision to life.

Tasks & Responsibilities
Event Support Assist with production elements for worship services and
ministry events helping create a distraction-free Christ-centered experience
Team Support Serve alongside production staff and volunteers learning best
practices while contributing to a collaborative servant-hearted team culture
Vision Support Support the implementation of worship and production vision
by assisting worship staff and production leaders as directed
Ministry Support Help execute production needs for various ministries learning
how technical support aligns with each ministrys goals and vision
Technical Assistance Assist with setup teardown maintenance
troubleshooting and organization of production equipment across campuses
Quality & Growth Strive for technical excellence while growing in skill
responsibility and spiritual maturity within a Christ-centered environment
Clear understanding of and commitment to modeling our RPC Staff Values
Handle and safeguard confidential church information
Actively attend Sunday worship services
Attend required staff meetings (1st & 3rd Tuesdays and any team meetings)
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Skills & Attributes
Basic knowledge of or ability to learn platforms used by RockPointe Church:
Bamboo TouchPoint eSpace Nexonia Martus Asana Canva Facebook
Instagram etc.
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word Excel Outlook SharePoint Teams)
Task-oriented mindset
Ability to interact with a wide range of people compassionately and patiently
Ability to juggle multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy
Operate as a self-starter and be comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Responsiveness and flexibility regarding time-sensitive changes and/or requests
