Job Summary

Introduction

To assist with the claims audit process and ongoing monitoring on Outsource Broker Binder Business Partners and UMAs.

Role Purpose

To assist with the claims audit process and ongoing monitoring on Outsource Broker Binder Business Partners and UMAs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Audit and monitor monthly reports float recons and bordereaux requests
Provide consistent monitoring and evaluation of Outsource business Broker Binder business and UMAs portfolios
Fundamental proficiency in system operations is essential
Provide support to all GGI internal stakeholder where required.
Maintaining and building relationships with Outsource Broker Binder Business and UMA Partners
Conduct Due Diligence reviews on new partners.
Compiling tracking and management of audit findings
Recommend and guide the implementation of appropriate measures in line with all audit findings
Build and maintain internal and external relationships with all key stakeholders.
Stakeholder engagements within various internal and external divisions and partners
Must be capable of working independently

Requirements

Grade 12 (Matric)
FAIS Completed RE5 Certificate and Credits (60 credits)
Possessing an insurance-related qualification is advantageous
At least 5 years of relevant experience in claims oversight and audit management
A comprehensive understanding of non-life short term insurance
A comprehensive knowledge of non-life short-term insurance claims processes and associated complexities
Problem solving skills
Must be able to work in Word and Excel
General office administration knowledge
Must be able to handle pressurized environments
Requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy
Basic system operating knowledge essential
