Welder

Location:Parramatta Area
Pay Rate: $43.75 per hour penalties overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday Day Shift (with optional OT)

RPR Trades are seeking an experienced Welder / Fabricator for ongoing work with a leading manufacturer in the reinforcing and precast concrete industry. This is a great opportunity to join a stable business offering full-time hours a strong safety culture and a supportive workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform MIG welding and fabrication of steel components and structures
Read and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions
Conduct quality checks to ensure weld accuracy and integrity
Operate grinders hand tools and cutting equipment safely
Work collaboratively to meet production and safety targets

What Were Looking For:

Trade-qualified or highly experienced Welder / Fabricator
Strong MIG welding skills (mild steel)
Reliable safety-conscious and team-focused attitude
Ability to read drawings and follow direction
Own PPE and reliable transport
