Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly professional and detail oriented receptionist to join our team! They are the first point of contact for our guests. This role is essential in creating a positive customer experience by greeting guests managing incoming calls and supporting daily administrative operations.
Essential Duties
- Greets showroom customers and determines the nature of their visit.
- Directs customers to the correct department notifies the appropriate person that a guest is waiting and introduces the guest to the appropriate employee.
- Takes thorough message if phone is not picked up and communicates messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
- Creates all stock cards for new vehicles
- Prepares and handles all Dealer Trades
- Printing and monitoring Advanced Invoices for incoming vehicle inventory.
- Enter all New Vehicle inventory and reportNew Vehicle Sales.
- Enter any claims for new vehicles.
- Monitors and keeps proper accounting schedules clean and orderly
- Process CVR for sales customers at time of delivery
- Cashiering of customers for customer deposits on vehicles payment on repair orders etc.
- Service Filing
- Assists with other clerical duties as requested.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Other tasks as assigned.
