Job Summary

- Monitor all applied flag state documents until the permanent certificate is issued in coordination with the Marine Personnel Specialist.
- Preparation of pre-embarkation documents for final dispatch.
- Ensure that copies of essential documents are complete and available prior to deployment.
- Ensure timely endorsement of DMW contracts for processing to relevant department.
- Upload crew appraisals in CMS.
- Scheduling of Anti-Piracy Awareness Training and issuance of certificates.
- Handle post embarkation certification/s requests from seafarers.
- Carry out any further tasks as instructed by MPS and MPSS.
