- TheAlumusCorporate Paralegal role supports the Legal Department on a wide range of corporate regulatory transactional governanceentity managementcontract review risk management claimslitigationand other related matters.
- This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortablecollaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to serve clinical operational business corporate and executiveteamsin fast-pacedandheavilyregulatedhealthcare sectors.
Qualifications
- Associates Bachelors or higher-level degree.
- 5 years of legalservicesexperienceinalaw firm or in-house legal departmentinrelevantarea(s). Excellent organizational time management and communication skills.
- Significanthealthcare and/orcommercial contract review States healthcare regulatory frameworks.
- Understanding of healthcarelegal and regulatory complianceframeworks.
- Detail orientedwith theability toeffectivelymanage multiplesimultaneous time- sensitiveprojects.
- Ability to appropriately manageprivileged andconfidential information.
- Team-oriented collaborative approachto clientservice.
