Description of Work
The Registration Specialist is responsible for registering electronic Deaths and Births using the NCDAVE system ensuring accurate and timely entry of vital information in compliance with regulatory requirements. Navigating electronic registration platforms will be essential to maintaining data integrity and supporting efficient service delivery. A significant aspect of this position involves correspondence with local business partners and customers. The specialist will handle inbound calls addressing discrepancies and providing clarification on registration processes. Effective communication skills will be crucial in fostering positive relationships and resolving issues promptly and addition the specialist will play a key role in researching and addressing duplicate record creation. Upon acknowledgment the specialist will initiate the abandonment process to streamline data management and maintain database accuracy.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management Preferences

Demonstrated experience coordinating end-to-end program workflows in web-based data systems maintaining transaction accuracy and documenting outcomes against established operational standards.
Proven record analyzing procedural guidelines to troubleshoot process issues and implement targeted improvements tracking resolution metrics and cycle-time reductions across multi-program operations.
Expert-level proficiency using spreadsheet and database tools to compile reconcile and report business records delivering validated dashboards and trend analyses for program performance oversight.
Hands-on experience planning and organizing daily program activitiesscheduling tasks allocating resources and monitoring deliverablesto meet defined timelines and documented quality thresholds.
Established practice utilizing communication platforms and document management systems to produce clear stakeholder updates maintain audit-ready files and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
