Job Summary

Lead and manage utility and boiler operation including steam generation distribution and condensate recovery across multiple sites.
Gathering data in coordination with all sites and Identify and analyse the gaps and potential improvements areas.
Ensure GMP regulatory safety and statutory compliance as per USFDA and other regulations guidelines.
Able to understand boiler performance parameters (pressure temperature efficiency fuel consumption) and optimize Operations. Mechanical / Utility Safety Education and Energy Audits and Inspection.
Ensure all boiler manpower is trained certified and competent as per boiler statutory requirement MP norms and Site SOP.
Plan execute and monitor preventive maintenance breakdown maintenance of boiler feed water system and steam traps.
Drive automation and digital monitoring systems for boiler parameters alarms data logging and online dashboard to improve efficiency and compliance.
Lead root cause analysis for boiler trips pressure fluctuations fuel issues and equipment failure implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare review and control CAPEX and OPEX budgets related to boiler operation efficiency improvement and plant requirement.
Manage boiler vendors fuel suppliers contractors AMCs and service providers ensuring quality safety and timely execution.
Support audits inspection and regulatory submission by providing boiler documentation Calibration records energy data and compliance evidence.
Lead and mentor the boiler team ensuring skill development performance management and succession planning.
Implement automation digital monitoring system and online energy monitor dashboard to improve plant efficiency and uptime.
Ensure compliance with safety environment and statutory regulation. Promote a strong safety culture within the engineering team. Conduct risk assessments. Promote a zero-incident workplace.
Enforce discipline housekeeping and 5S practices in boiler areas to maintain a clean safe and audit-ready utility environment.
Motivate and mentor boiler manpower to improve operational efficiency safety awareness teamwork and ownership.
Control operating costs including fuel usage chemicals and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations related to emissions water treatment and waste handling.
Understanding Risks in Mechanical Systems and laying down control practices in line with regulatory provisions and Company requirements to establish Maintain and Implement EnMS as per ISO 50001: 2018.
