Job Summary

Description

Develop new business opportunities through various channels (social media networking referrals events etc.).
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs design tailored insurance and recommend suitable solutions.
Build and maintain longterm trustbased client relationships through consistent followups and quality service.
Participate in internal training on products regulations advisory skills etc.
Work closely with supervisors and team members on market strategies case discussions and business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Finance Insurance or a related discipline preferred.
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative working mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint); experience in insurance or administrative support is a plus.
