- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs design tailored insurance and recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain longterm trustbased client relationships through consistent followups and quality service.
- Participate in internal training on products regulations advisory skills etc.
- Work closely with supervisors and team members on market strategies case discussions and business development initiatives.
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Insurance or a related discipline preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative working mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint); experience in insurance or administrative support is a plus.
