Reporting: The Materials Lead reports directly to the Materials Manager.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Act as the liaison between Stores and all other
- Ensure the Stores Clerks issue and document parts to the floor ensuring requisitions are accurate and data entry is complete and from appropriate
- Work with purchasing in ordering out of stock parts maintaining files and checking shelf life of inventory.
- Assist in the control and maintenance of an accurate inventory by following Avmax procedures and
- Ensure that inventory items are being procured in a timely
- Communicate effectively with Production.
- Work and Planning and personnel to ensure that material requirements are
- Maintain material schedules for projects assigned and report delivery
- Ensure compliance with the Avmax Montana Inc.
- Participate in the establishment organization and implementation of short and long term goals objectives policies and operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Ability to motivate employees.
- Demonstrated capability in supervising others; demonstrated ability to lead and mentor people.
- Assists in building and maintaining a work environment that promotes growth increases morale and reduces the risk of dis-engaged employees.
- Builds quality capability and responsiveness for Avmax.
- Shows integrity ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of assigned tasks.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Possesses strong fundamental aircraft knowledge.
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years industry experience.
- Aviation experience is considered an asset.
