Responsibilitiesmay include but are not limited to the following:
- Monitordaily construction activities for compliance with plans specifications and safety protocols.
- Prepare andmaintainfield reports logs and documentation of progress quantities and field conditions.
- Assistwith development of work plans and look-aheadschedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors suppliers and internal teams to ensuretimelydelivery of materials and equipment.
- Support quality control efforts including material sampling and test result documentation.
- Track and verify installed quantities for progress billing and cost reporting.
- Support safety initiatives and participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Support and coordinate resolution of field issues and discrepancies in collaboration with construction design and quality teams.
- Prepare and track responses to RFIs to ensure timely technically accurate communication and alignment with approved design and technical baselines.
- Participate in project closeout activities including punch list and as-built documentation.

Minimum Qualifications

- 5yearsprogressively responsible workexperienceinfield engineeringor construction management onheavy civil infrastructure projects preferably in the highways roads bridges transit(passenger rail or bus) or aviation sectors.
- Strong knowledge of construction plans specifications and safety standards.
- Familiarity with project scheduling quality control and document management processes.
- Experiencewith industry standard project and construction management software (e.g. Primavera P6 TILOS MS Project BluebeamRSMeans etc.).
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365(e.g. Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint etc.).
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree incivilengineeringorconstructionmanagement.
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM)Engineer in Training (EIT)Project Management Professional (PMP) Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect Registration (AIA).
- Experience with large (>$500M) complex heavy-civil infrastructure projects that include highways roads bridges transit (including rail and bus) and/or airport projects.
- Experiencewith alternative delivery methods(e.g. DBPDB P3 CMGCCMAR etc.).
- Proficiencywith Microsoft Power BI Oracle Cloud Analytics or other dashboard KPI reporting software.
Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $104k-$145k/year ($50-$70/hour). The final salary offered will be based on multiple factors and thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience breadth of skills total education achieved certifications/licenses that have been obtained geographic location etc.
