Role Summary and Impact
As a Digital PR Account Manager you will:
Account management:
- Manage 3-4 digital PR accounts being the primary contact for clients and leading implementation of strategy
- Have a clear understanding of where everything on your accounts is up to performance client pressures etc.
- Spearhead client communications andinternalmeetings/calls
- Clearly communicate with and delegate actions across the team
- Lead onreporting / sharing results winsandareas for improvement withyourclients
Oversee Outreach:
- Drive results for clients through outreach
- Useexpertiseand sound judgement to make decisions on stories outreach strategiesetc
- Act as a sounding board for execs during outreach offering ideas to improve pitches / methodologies butultimately empoweringthem to find the solutions
Digital PR Production:
- Draft and proof press releases / press assets
- Effectively manage third party / supplier relationships
- Support with and lead research tasks creative briefings etc
- Handle more advanced PR taskssuch as drafting survey questions
Team contribution:
- Be a role model to execs and the entire team delivering best-practice digital PR and client servicing
- Help with the training and development of execs/senior execs
- Step up to support more senior team members whererequired for example on proposal documents pitches leading team meetings
- Understand team pressures and proactively suggest new ways or working and solutions
- Hold team members to account to ensure delivery of strategies

- Experience within a digital PR / PR role preferably in a role that required you to communicate directly with clients and / or stakeholders
- A genuine passion and interest in digital PR andits potential within a marketing / comms strategy
- A proven track-record of delivering impressive PR coverage and links for client
- Strong organisational skills and a meticulous eye for detail with the ability to prioritise tasks based on client demands
- A proactive attitude towards work with an enthusiasm to try new things continue to build your knowledge of digital PR/SEO/client servicing and develop your role
- Confidenceleading different elements of digital PR production such as copywriting and research
- Proficiencyusing Excel / Google sheets for data inputtingand an understanding of industry tools such asBuzzstreamRoxhillandAhrefs.
