About the Role
Drive execution of strategic account plans that accelerate growth and deepen partnerships with high-value national firms networks and consolidators. This role supports the Strategic Account Director by amplifying strategic impactextending reach into key accounts ensuring flawless delivery and uncovering new commercial opportunities. With individual responsibility for managing a portfolio of accounts leading engagement on emerging relationships and collaborating closely with senior stakeholders the Strategic Account Manager plays a critical role in advancing market leadership and unlocking long-term value.

Market intelligence: Gather insights on market trends client needs and regulatory changes affecting the sector.
Competitor analysis: Monitor competitors & provide actionable insights to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
7. Brand Positioning and Advocacy
Brand ambassador: Represent Rathbones at industry events conferences and meetings with strategic partner firms where directed
Thought leadership: Contribute to the creation of whitepapers webinars or presentations as directed
8. Compliance and Risk Management
Regulatory adherence: Ensure all activities comply with FCA regulations and internal compliance standards.
Risk awareness: Mitigate potential risks in account management and sales processes.
Governance: Ensure a robust governance framework is in place for all key accounts
