Job Summary
HRLadderBox on behalf of our client is recruiting for the position of Senior Associate Lawyer to join its Transactional Commercial Practice team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded legal professional to work on high-level cross-border and domestic M&A joint venture and banking & finance transactions within a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
Your Impact:
- Act as Associate / Senior Associate within a transactional team handling cross-border and local:
- Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
- Joint Ventures (JVs)
- Banking & Finance transactions
- Draft review and negotiate transactional documentation including:
- Share Purchase Agreements (SPAs)
- Shareholders Agreements (SHAs)
- Articles of Association
- Finance and security documents
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring.
- Perform legal research on complex commercial and finance-related issues.
- Liaise with international clients counterparties and foreign legal advisors.
You Bring:
- Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in corporate commercial and/or finance transactional work.
- Bachelors degree in Law (LLB or equivalent).
- Common law background is essential.
- Strong drafting analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and professional approach.
