We are appointing a high-caliber nursing professional for a bespoke medical role aboard a private superyacht. Your mandate is the 1:1 clinical supervision of an 80-year-old VIP principal. The vessel is charting a course for the historic and fortified harbors of the Maltese Archipelago. You will oversee the clients care while the yacht explores the Grand Harbour of Valletta the ancient silent city of Mdina and the azure waters of Gozo. This role demands a practitioner who can provide hospital-grade monitoring amidst a backdrop of baroque history and Mediterranean luxury.
The Team
You will integrate into a Tier-1 medical department:
Medical Director: A Lead British Doctor responsible for clinical governance and remote support.
Physiotherapy Unit: Specialists dedicated to the clients daily mobility and rehabilitation.
Nursing Roster: A professional team of Western-trained nurses ensuring seamless handover and support.
The Safety
To ensure uncompromised patient safety and crew health this role utilizes a strict Double-Nurse Shift System. You will never work a shift alone; a second qualified nurse is always present to assist with transfers hygiene and critical monitoring. This structure is designed to prevent fatigue and ensure 24/7 alertness.

Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited Western university.
Experience: Minimum 4 years of post-graduate experience in ICU ER or A&E (Acute Care).
Language: Native English speaker or C1 proficiency is essential for accurate clinical handover.
Attributes: High emotional intelligence attention to detail and the ability to provide discreet care in a private setting.
