Job Summary
Breakfast Experienced Waiting Staff (Chef de Rang)
We are currently recruiting for Experienced Waiting Staff (Chef de Rang) to join the Restaurant Department at The Europe Hotel and Resort.
We are seeking full-time team members for breakfast service. This role offers a consistent schedule of 6:00am to 1:00pm (7-hour shifts) five days per week. Consistent weekday availability is essential including midweek shifts and candidates must be able to commit to early morning starts.
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional guest service across breakfast operations including buffet à la carte and room service
- Ensure all breakfast service areas are fully prepared organised and maintained to the highest standard
- Provide attentive proactive service anticipating guest needs and enhancing the overall dining experience
- Promote food and beverage offerings in a professional and engaging manner
- Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently escalating where appropriate
- Maintain excellent hygiene grooming and presentation standards at all times
- Support team training and uphold service standards across the breakfast team
- Complete all shift duties and reporting accurately
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in fine dining service within a 4- or 5-star environment
- Strong guest engagement skills with a professional and friendly approach
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality service
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced breakfast environment
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
