Your primary objective is to maintain the principals health and vitality enabling them to travel with confidence.
The Team You will join a world-class private medical unit. Clinical governance is provided by a Lead British Doctor ensuring you have top-tier medical direction at all times. You will collaborate daily with onboard Physiotherapists and a cohesive team of Western-trained nurses creating a supportive multidisciplinary environment.
The Safety We recognize that elite care requires a rested clinician. The medical roster is built on a double-nurse shift system guaranteeing you appropriate rest periods and the ability to enjoy the vessels itinerary. You are an essential asset not just a resource.
The Process Your transition to this role is streamlined. We manage the entire recruitment phase via a secure online interview process allowing you to secure your contract from Dublin before deploying to the Mediterranean.

Education: Western Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is mandatory.
Experience: 4 years of postgraduate experience in Acute Care (ICU A&E or ER).
Language: Native or C1 (Advanced) English is required for effective communication with the principal and medical team.
Licensure: Current and unrestricted Nursing Registration.
