Job Summary

Fohntech Group are construction partners to the leading mechanical and electrical companies in Ireland the UK and Europe working in the Semiconductor Pharmaceutical Biopharma Data Centres and Oil and Gas Sectors.

What you need to know:

We are looking for an experienced accounts assistant who will work in conjunction with other members of the Finance Team.

Key duties & responsibilities of this position:

  • Assisting the Accounts team in the preparation of weekly/monthly invoicing
  • Responsible for Credit Control
  • Responsible for the Accounts Payable function
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly payroll
  • Assist in the preparation of ad-hoc reports

Requirement Accounts Assistant with 2-3 years experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of Sage Accountancy package and Quantum payroll package or similar would be an advantage

The role reports to the Financial Accountant.

This role is a Full-time Permanent Position inhouse with room for career progression.

This position offers a very attractive salary to the right candidate depending on your experience.

Location: Tralee Co. Kerry
