Possession of a current Louisiana license to practice as a Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Certified Social Worker (CSW) plus:
A masters degree in social work.

Permanent status will not be granted in this job title without LMSW or LCSW licensure in Louisiana; Certified Social Worker (CSW) credential will not be accepted for granting permanent status.

Job Duties:
Assist with therapeutic services and provide supportive counseling to youth under supervision.
Help with case management tasks documentation and treatment planning.
Conduct interviews gather social histories and support assessments of youth needs.
Collaborate with clinical staff families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate services.
Observe and report youth behavior progress and safety concerns.
Apply trauma-informed culturally competent practices in all interactions.
Participate in team meetings trainings and ongoing professional development.
Perform related duties to support youth rehabilitation and clinical operations.
