Position Overview

Underdirectionof theCompany Services Supervisorperforms a broad range ofcustodian dutiesand manual work in the care and cleaning ofthecompany headquartersbuilding medicalclinicand/orother assignedfacilities.Duties includedusting and polishing furnitureemptying trash sweeping cleaningsurfacesandinspecting cleanliness of buildings.

Essential Job Functions

• Performscleaningduties adhering to approved department proceduresand standards.
• Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition.
• Cleans and polishes fixtures and furniture.
• Sweeps mops scrubs orvacuumsfloors.
• Clean windows glass partitions and mirrors using cleanersspongesand squeegees.
• Scrubs sanitizes and supplies restroom facilities.
• Loads/unloadsdishwashers;cleanscountertop coffeeequipmentcateringsandconference rooms.
• Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
• Maintains custodial equipment and supplies; performspreventative maintenanceandmaintainscleaning chemicals and consumable inventory.
• May train others andperformsrelated work as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or G.E.D.certificate.
• Experienceusing cleaning equipment including vacuum cleaners floor buffers and cleaning solutionspreferred.
• Ability to read and write the English language.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand walk andperform repetitive motion forlong periodsof time.
• Must be able to lift at least 25 pounds.
